Reusable Coffee Cup Sleeve Deluxe Version STL Bundle

The sleeve features a sleek and stylish design that is custom-designed to fit Starbucks™ cups. The sleeves may also fit other brands and sizes of cups, just not as snugly as for their intended size. Print in whatever combination of stripes you want; simply add pauses in your gcode at the top and bottom of each stripe. 3-stripe and 6-stripe versions are both available.

I prefer to print these in ABS or PETG for better heat resistance. Please note that if you make these sleeves from PLA plastic, it may get slightly soft at the temperatures tea is brewed at (above 180ºF/82ºC). I haven't noticed any issues in my product testing as long as you leave the sleeve on the cup until it's cooled. At coffee temperatures, there's no need to worry since that's below the temperature that the plastic starts to get malleable.

Printing recommendations:

• Inside brim for better adhesion while printing
• Supports not necessary
• Color changes at the bottom and top of each grip ring
• Use ABS, ASA, or PETG, since PLA will get pliable at coffee cup temperatures
