Wholesale Program

Rules

Wholesale discounts are only allowed with retail operations, fiber arts instructors, and fairs and festivals. They are not for group or club orders (group buys). Please contact me to inquire about group buys.

I try to only work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific time. I usually see emails and text messages outside of those hours, but if it's non-urgent, please don't expect a response same-day outside of my business hours. I try not to work on major holidays either.

All pricing is listed in United States dollars. I accept all payment methods available through my checkout page.

Since most of my products are made to order, large wholesale orders will have an extended lead time beyond what's listed for standard customer orders. If you'd like a better idea of how long it'll take me to produce your order before you place it, please contact me.

Orders and discounts

Wholesale orders are placed directly through this website, for your convenience. Discounts apply automatically at checkout for eligible approved wholesale customers, at these thresholds:

  • 25 items or more: 40% off
  • 50 items or more: 50% off
  • 100 items or more: 60% off

Discounts do not combine with other offers such as sales or clearance prices.

You must be logged in to your wholesale-approved account for the discounts to automatically apply.

Retailer quality requirement

I reserve the right to terminate wholesale eligibility with any retailer due to poor customer service or seller quality on the retailer's part. I'll work with the retailer to prevent this, and make these determinations on a case-by-case basis. This requirement is because I need to maintain the high quality and customer service standards related to my brand.

Fairs, festivals, and other shows

If you're selling at a fiber festival or other multi-vendor event, please let me know which ones you're selling at! I'd love to help publicize them and send customers your way.

Reselling my products to other businesses

You are only allowed to sell to end customers, not other businesses. Please refer other retailers and resellers directly to me. This helps ensure quick and high quality support to end customers, and consistent pricing.

Pricing

Your prices must not be higher than my own, if selling within the United States. Retailers in other countries may have higher prices due to extra costs for shipping, import duties, VAT, etc. but may not sell to United States customers at that higher price. This is so that customers don't feel that they didn't pay a fair price.

Returns

Returns of wholesale orders are not allowed with the exception of defects in craftsmanship, determined by me on a case-by-case basis. If your customers run into issues, I'll work with you to help resolve them within the first 90 days after delivery of your wholesale order to you.

Inspect all deliveries thoroughly for shipping damage and report any damage to me immediately. For a shipping claim to be filed, I need high quality, in-focus, and detailed photographs of the damage, and you must retain the original packaging. Shipping damage claims without photographic evidence and/or after the original packaging has been discarded are not valid.

As a retailer, you get direct contact with me. If you run into issues, I'll do everything I can to help resolve them. Upon approval of your wholesale status, I'll provide you with my direct email address and phone number.

Future changes to this agreement

I reserve the right to change this document at any time.
