Order queue

 

Due to steady demand for our made-in-house products, we often have an order queue. We usually fulfill orders in the order received. If an order is quick to print (i.e. smaller pieces) we can sometimes sneak it in sooner.

Our current fulfillment window for 3D printed products is around 1-2 weeks but usually less. We can usually ship orders sooner, but this changes depending on how many orders we have at a given moment. Peak demand seasons such as holiday shopping almost always result in a longer wait time. If you need to have your order by a specific date, please plan accordingly or contact us about the possibility of jumping the queue and/or upgrading to rush shipping.

To keep track of your order’s place in the order queue and its status, you can either reference the embedded board below or view it in a new browser tab. Orders are identified by your order number; you can find this in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Clicking your order’s card will open the card’s details in a new tab.

We update the queue as we go, usually at least once daily. If you have any questions about your order, please send us a message!
