Here are answers to customers’ most frequently asked questions about my products, design work, and services. If you don’t see your question, please send me a message!

What colors do you offer?

I have a wide array of colors available for 3D printed products. You can see my color gallery here.

How quickly will my order ship?

Fulfillment time depends on demand. I fulfill orders in the order I receive them. My fulfillment window for 3D printed goods is around 1 week, usually less. You can see the current order queue here.

What does "Shipped from..." mean on the product page?

The vast majority of my products are made in-house, by hand, by me. I occasionally partner with other small, privately-owned American businesses for things I can't produce in-house, like my fine art giclée prints.

For some products like yarn and other specialty craft supplies that I can't produce myself, I'm part of a wholesale program where I work with suppliers to curate a list of their products for my shop. I don't list anything I wouldn't personally use; I've tested every single product I have through my wholesale program. These drop-ship from the supplier directly to you, so that I don't have to maintain an inventory of my own. This is more eco-friendly and also helps me select high quality products to provide to you that I can't make myself.

What happens if I'm overcharged for international shipping?

For international orders, the automated shipping calculations can sometimes result in an overcharge. If this happens, I refund the difference between what you paid for shipping and what I was charged to ship the product to you.

Do you ship to the EU?

With the 2024 introduction of General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), I am unfortunately no longer able to ship to the European Union and Northern Ireland. As a microbusiness, with a staff of one person, and in an effort to keep prices low, I do not have the budget to incorporate the testing required to meet these regulatory hurdles in certifying my products. Until such time as the GPSR is replaced, or exemptions or other provisions are introduced for microbusinesses, I will be unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland.

Do you do custom work and commissions?

Yes! I can do everything from custom vector icons to fully-fledged corporate websites. I also offer custom colors for my 3D printed products and modifications such as adding text or logos.

Can I get a bulk discount?

Some of my more popular products have bulk options built in. For others, please contact me for details. Bulk discount amounts will depend on your order quantity, and large bulk orders will have a proportionally longer fulfillment time. I’m not able to do rush bulk orders since my 3D printers only print so quickly, so please plan ahead.

When will I be charged for a pre-order?

I don’t collect any money from pre-orders until I’m ready to ship the product. If I have to cancel a pre-order for any reason, you won’t be charged at all.

When will my pre-ordered product ship?

I try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to information about pre-orders. I keep product pages up to date with the latest information, and do my best to send out emails to all pre-order customers with any new information. If you have a specific question about your pre-order’s estimated delivery date, please send me an email. I do my best to respond to messages within 24 hours.
