Nalbinding Needle

Handcrafted from durable bone or horn, these nalbinding needles have a silky smooth finish and feel wonderful in the hand. The gentle taper and rounded points make it effortless to pick up stitches and loops.

These needles can also be used for finishing knitted pieces, weaving, and other fiber arts.

Materials

White bone is durable, smooth, silky to the touch, and warms up to skin temperature easily.

Black horn is slightly more flexible than bone, and can get even more flexible under high temperatures - so be careful working with horn needles on super-hot days in the sun. Horn has a similar polished-smooth surface to bone.

Because each needle is handmade from natural materials, there may be minor variations in color, texture, or curvature. Thin needles are more prone to curvature than medium or long needles.

• Thin: roughly 4" (10cm) long and 3/16" (5mm) wide
• Medium: roughly 3.5" (9cm) long and 1/2" (1.5cm) wide
• Long: roughly 5" (13cm) long and 1/2" (1.5cm) wide
