A lot of zero waste and plastic-free lip balms come in paper tubes that are roughly the same size as conventional chapstick, but no grown adult can fit their pinkie in to push up the lip balm after a certain point. I designed this very simple push rod to do just that.
No supports necessary, but I recommend a brim if you have adhesion issues.
